Your Role
EF (Education First) Brighton International Language Campus is seeking a Summer Transportation Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of safe, seamless and cost-effective transportation for our international students.

Position Details:
- Full-time
- 5 days a week
- Fixed-term contract between June 17th – August 24th

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with local suppliers
- Plan, consolidate and book cost-effective transportation solutions for students arriving and departing to/from our UK
- Develop and improve the overall customer experience of arrival and transportation services
- Emergency phone duties
Requirements
- Experience with administrative duties
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- An analytical mind set and excellent problem-solving skills
- Capacity of working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Capable of using own initiative and being decisive
- Fluent in English
- All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
- Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
