About the Role
Are you tech-savvy, highly organised, and customer-focused? We're looking for a proactive Customer Support & Systems Specialist to join our growing team!
In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer support and system-related queries. You’ll manage helpdesk tickets, support our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce/WordPress), and help maintain and improve systems like HubSpot, Xero, and Asana.
You’ll also play a key role in our tasting scheme platform—supporting users through the process and working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide first-line support via HubSpot Helpdesk (tickets, email, chat)
* Troubleshoot access and portal issues for customers
* Maintain and update our WooCommerce/WordPress website
* Support the sales team with reports, data entry, and system access
* Assist with tasting validation schemes and customer guidance
* Improve automation workflows and CRM data accuracy in HubSpot
* Help integrate systems (WooCommerce ? HubSpot ? Xero)
* Collaborate on tech stack improvements and internal workflows
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
* Strong background in customer or technical support
* Experience with HubSpot CRM and WooCommerce/WordPress
* High IT literacy and confident troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice-to-Haves:
* HTML/CSS basics
* Experience with Zapier, Make, or APIs
* Multi-currency/global e-commerce knowledge
* Familiarity with ISO 9001
* A second language is a bonus
