Join us at Tiger Hall, a warm and welcoming three-bedroom childrenās home tucked away in a peaceful village, surrounded by fresh country air and local wildlife. Our young residents are full of energy and enthusiasm ā they love football, skateparks, swimming, and zipping around on their scooters. Weāre looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
š ļø What Youāll Do
* Provide high-quality care and emotional support in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting.
* Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Work within a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with long shifts (8amā11pm) and sleep-in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
šø What Youāll Earn
* Annual salary: £39,592 (based on £15.95/hour and 8 sleep-ins per month; dependent on qualifications).

šÆ What Youāll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
* At least 12 monthsā experience in childrenās residential care.
* Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the UK (weāre unable to offer sponsorship).

With over 35 years of residential childcare experience, the Esland group now has more than 65 residential childrenās and assessment homes, and five schools, that are spread across the Kent, Hertfordshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wiltshire, Bedfordshire, Nottinghamshire, West Midlands and Northamptonshire regions of England.
This also includes our Esland online school accessible to children throughout the UK which helps to deliver education to children missing education by utilising our specialised Turning the Curve education programme.
