3 Solutions (2011) Limited is a leading property maintenance and repairs company operating across Somerset, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to a diverse range of clients, including housing associations, letting agents, local authorities, and the private sector. Our offices are based in Shepton Mallet but this job role involves driving to and within these locations.
Responsibilities
* Completing general maintenance repairs in domestic properties across a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, groundworks and plastering.
* Responding to emergency repairs when required.
* Carrying out minor construction repairs.
* Assessing job requirements and liaising with residents.
* Adhering to health and safety requirements and safety procedures.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Use a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record work.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge on a variety of trades.
* The ability to transition between different trades and adjust to new demands.
* Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Good attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Addressing and resolving whilst on site.
Qualifications
* NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in one of these trades is preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Full UK Driving licence

We offer a competitive salary, company uniform, company vehicle, pension scheme and 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and to cover out of hours call outs on a rata basis which is approximately 1 in every 16 weeks.
