Join our Bedfordshire Supported Housing team as a valuable member.
Your role will involve working in an accommodation-based unit, leading in providing practical and emotional support to our service users, who may live independently with 1:1 support or in small groups.
Our service users are aged 18+ and may have conditions such as:
* Mental health issues
* Physical health issues
You will make a significant difference by assisting with daily tasks, including:
* Supporting access to community resources
* Attending appointments with service users
* Helping with personal care and household tasks, such as medication and meal preparation
* Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
* Leading or attending review meetings and communicating with health professionals

Requirements include experience and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviour.
