An immaculate leading Design Studio and Showroom are currently seeking a hard and smart working Administrative Assistant to assist with a variety of daily core support tasks to include:
*Reception meet and greet
*Organise incoming deliveries and collate outgoing products and mail
*Maintaining supplier lists and ensuring efficient communication with vendors
*Ordering supplies, managing office supplies, and handling basic office administration
*Organising meetings, booking rooms, and ensuring smooth communication with relevant parties
*Assisting with creative research and sourcing references for mood boards and other visual aids
*Assisting with selecting materials, ordering samples, and managing inventory for ongoing projects
