We are currently working closely with a school in the Penzance area who is looking for an English Teacher for a flexible supply basis after Easter.
About the Role
Deliver engaging English lessons in line with the curriculum whilst also tailoring them to students needs
Plan, prepare and assess work
Build positive, trusting relationships with learners
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, SLT etc
Contribute to individual support plans and behaviour strategies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience working with students with SEMH, SEN, additional needs
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
Have high expectations while maintaining a nurturing and flexible approach
Have the ability to plan engaging lessons
Essential Skills & Personal Qualities:
Strong behaviour management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
