Contact will take place by telephone, email, remote log-in and also in person so it’s essential that the Analyst is a confident and clear communicator and is also well-organised and schedule focussed. Queries will be linked to both hardware and software, so a good working knowledge of a variety of machines, systems and applications is essential to include Microsoft 365; Windows 10/11, Windows networking etc. as is previous use of ticketing tools.
