We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting salary of 24500 per annum. This is made up of a base salary of 24000 plus an additional 500 flexible benefit.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
* Assist with day‑to‑day transaction queries and servicing.
* Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
* Build relationships and find solutions.
* Develop your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, either face‑to‑face or telephony.
* Effective communication skills with customers to truly understand their needs.
* A real desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers.
* Effective team working skills with a flexible can‑do approach.
* Openness to a broad range of activities, even if outside of standard expectations.
* Ability to grow, adapt and change to accommodate business needs and priorities.
* Right to work in the UK.
What Else You Need to Know
This is a full‑time permanent branch‑based role working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
The role is based in our Bromsgrove branch.
