Project - Senior Quantity Surveyor London Specialist sub-contractor Up to £75,000 A leading specialist subcontractor with a reputation built on their expertise and ability to deliver high-quality interior packages on a wide range of projects are seeking a capable Project Quantity Surveyor with JCT and NEC contract experience to manage a number of fire stopping packages at Heathrow airport Established for over 15 years with an annual turnover reaching more than £25m in the UK, they have continuing to expand. Ideally you will be ready to run 1 larger project or manage smaller ones preferably interiors packages and ideally within airports, with total control over the commercial aspects. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager to ensure successful financial delivery of various fire stopping projects.
