Coventry Deadline 1 August 2025 Keller Limited has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our ambitious team. This is a newly created entry-level role, and we are looking for a hard-working individual who is keen to progress, assisting in the design and delivery of the marketing strategy for Keller UK.
This is a full-time office-based role (5 days a week, Monday-Friday), and the successful applicant will be ideally based in, or within easy commuting distance of, Coventry (Ryton).
The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be expected to:
1. produce professional marketing materials
2. organise and attend exhibitions, photoshoots, site visits etc.
3. liaise with counterparts in other European and global business units to share knowledge/expertise and carry out joint projects
4. arrange branded merchandise, printing and sponsorships
5. manage the content and case studies on the websites
6. design, produce and post professional internal and external communications
7. use, monitor and report on a variety of social media channels
8. generate new sales opportunities by supporting the three different branches in their marketing efforts
The successful applicant should be able to work within a demanding, fast-paced and versatile office environment. They should have a keen interest and expertise in marketing, have good people skills, be focused, and have a can-do attitude.

Minimum requirements:
9. 5+ GCSEs or equivalent grade A-C (9-4) including Maths and English
10. Good understanding of professional social media use
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
12. IT Literate – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
13. Familiarity with both current and up-and-coming communications methods
14. Familiarity with Adobe design suite or similar
15. Full UK driving license
16. Be organised, a great planner and be able to work effectively and efficiently, both as a member of a team and on solo projects
Desirable:
17. Previous work experience within a marketing function
18. Experience or good understanding of AI and modern marketing trends
19. Experience in the construction sector
20. Have a degree or equivalent in business/marketing or working towards professional body qualifications.
