HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our client’s growing transport operation in Bellshill and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers who are looking for stability, great earning potential, and long-term progression.
Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday: 06:00 or 18:00 starts
Pay Rate:
£15.00 - £17.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver will be:
* Safely operate and drive Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations
* Complete loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management
* Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
* Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff
* SOME HANDBALL REQUIRED
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver are:
* Valid UK Category C Licence
* Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes)
* Reliable, professional, and punctual
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Understanding of road safety and compliance
* Ability to work with a Driver’s Mate to complete multi-drop deliveries
Desirable Experience:
* Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience
* Experience handling large or bulky goods
* Good customer interaction and service skills
Training:
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
