Project Manager – Change Delivery - 12 month FTC Edinburgh | Financial Services | Permanent | £60,000 + Benefits
McFall Recruitment is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Change & IT team. You’ll play a key role in leading the delivery of business change projects across the organisation and client base — helping define new ways of working, enabling innovation, and ensuring seamless project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and deliver change projects in line with the businesses Change Programme and governance frameworks
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and cross-functional collaboration across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with confidence – identifying, escalating and resolving risks and blockers
Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, platform integrations, and digital transitions with internal teams and external partners
Track and manage project documentation and workflows using tools like JIRA
Contribute to overall change governance and ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile thinking
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in project/change delivery within a financial services or fintech environment
Strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills – able to engage across all levels
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
A natural leader who can inspire teams and drive accountability
Experience managing external vendors and IT infrastructure change projects is a plus
