Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on individual who will play a key role in supporting our existing workshop team with rental repairs and replacement of panels through to general fixes of lights and internal and external fittings.to an exacting standard. Responsibilities Removal and re-fitting of body panels including bumpers, side skirts and mouldings. Preparing panels ready to be painted Carrying out plastic welding repairs ready for paint Repairing damaged bodywork, dents etc. Stripping and fitting trim and interior panels Habitation fittings inspection and repair Gas safety Person Specification The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things automotive and be willing to put in the hard work to learn a new trade. Full training will be given with the opportunity to progress within the company. Alongside training, duties will include; general upkeep of the workshop and assisting the Technicians. Full and clean driving license is required. Have a genuine interest in motor vehicles/motorhomes. Ability to plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to be agreed timescales Work skilfully and safely under pressure. Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification. Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision. Be engaging, enthusiastic, sociable and self-motivated.
