Care and Support Worker - Retirement Living Service
Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living Service. This role involves working on a rota basis, including evening and weekend shifts. The position is crucial in helping our residents live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community.
The Care and Support Worker will deliver care services within our Retirement Living Service to high standards.
This is a full-time role, averaging 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends.
* Week 1 - 6.45am to 2.30pm
* Week 2 - 1.30pm to 9.30pm
* Week 3 - 9am to 4.00pm

What you will be doing
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and dedicated team. You will:
* Assist residents with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks
* Implement and monitor care & support plans tailored to individual needs
* Encourage and facilitate social events to foster community spirit among diverse tenants
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will:
* Have NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable, not essential)
* Have previous experience in a care or health setting
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
