Accounts Payable Manager - FTC Title: Accounts Payable Manager – FTC 2 Years Location: Chandlers Ford / Home working with regular visits to the office. Salary: £46,811 Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday Are you an accomplished Finance professional with Accounts Payable experience with in a large or complex (group) o rganisation al structure ? Do you have experience in writing new processes, policies and procedures ? If so, this could be the role for you! This role is responsible for managing Group AP ledgers, working closely with Procurement to maintain supplier relationships, finance to ensure transactions are correctly recorded and treasury to ensure that cash flow forecasts are accurate What does this role involve? Managing an AP team with responsibility for: • Ensuring timely and accurate recording of invoices, including correct coding to the general ledger. • Ensuring invoices are correctly recorded for VAT, including reverse charge. • Managing weekly and daily payment runs – reviewing and approving the team’s p r oposal for processing by treasury. • Managing the 3-way matching process • Ensuring ledgers are kept up to date and matched Wh o are we looking for ? Your experience in an account s payable leadership role with your relevant ( AAT ) qualification will enable you to quickly make an impact. Your experience in writing process es, pol ic ies and procedure s around business and technological change will be key to success in this role. Your skills in Excel to Power Query and Macro level, along with your ability to problem solve and complete month end procedures, will make you a n asset within the company. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with other members of the finance teams.
