About ourNursery Join our enthusiasticteam at Busy Bees Belper Gibfield Lane, an Ofsted-rated Goodnursery with a capacity of 90 children, where we provide anurturing environment for babies through to preschoolers. Ournursery features a variety of well-equipped rooms designed to caterto each age group's developmental needs, allowing children to growand learn at their own pace.Conveniently located just a 3-minutedrive from Belper town centre and a 25-minute drive from Derby CityCentre, our nursery is easily accessible via excellent publictransport links. We are an 8-minute walk from Belper train station,and the nearest bus stop at Herbert Strutt School, serving routes71 and 360, is just a short stroll away. Additionally, theBabington Hospital bus stop is only a 3-minute walk from ourlocation. With free parking available, we offer convenience forparents and staff alike. Role Responsibilities:
KeyResponsibilities
* Lead theplanning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculumin your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, andinclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportiveleadership and collaboration.
* Oversee thedevelopment and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress istracked and communicated with parents.
* Take onthe role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development andpersonal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining aclean and secure environment.
RequiredQualifications:
IdealCandidate:
* Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.
* Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or NurseryPractitioner.
* Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.
* Passionate about fostering children'sdevelopment and creating positive relationships withfamilies.
