Alongside delivering exceptional coffee and service we shall also have bake in store cookies, alongside some new and exciting innovative coffee offerings. Job Overview: As a Barista / Front of House team member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience. You’ll prepare high-quality coffee and drinks, serve freshly baked cookies, and ensure every customer receives friendly, efficient, and memorable service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the energy, standards, and atmosphere of our unique new site. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence Deliver a warm, welcoming, and engaging customer experience Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service at all times Engage with customers to promote products and enhance their visit Coffee & Beverage Preparation Prepare speciality coffees to a high and consistent standard Confidently craft innovative drinks, including cold foam and dessert-inspired beverages Maintain speed, quality, and presentation during service Food Service Bake and serve freshly baked, in-store New York–style cookies Ensure food presentation and quality standards are consistently met Service & Operations Support Keep front-of-house and service areas clean, tidy, and well presented Follow daily opening and closing procedures as required Assist with stock rotation and replenishment of front-of-house items Teamwork & Communication Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service Communicate clearly during busy service periods Contribute to a positive, supportive, and energetic team environment Cash Handling & Transactions Accurately process customer transactions Handle payments responsibly and follow cash handling procedures What We’re Looking For Previous experience in hospitality, café, or customer-facing roles preferred Minimum 1 years barista experience is essential Passion for speciality coffee, food, and excellent customer service Friendly, confident, and engaging communication style Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude Willingness to learn and develop new skills What We Offer A unique and exciting working environment with a one-of-a-kind concept Training and development in speciality coffee and service standards A supportive and creative team culture Opportunities for progression as the business grows Staff perks - including 50% off all counter and drinks based items
