Job Overview
This role includes both project management and business analysis responsibilities, with emphasis on project management. The successful candidate will help drive transformation in IT and the business processes that support research, student experience, education delivery, and administration.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage projects in a structured environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management.
* Apply Agile and Lean best practices to ensure efficient delivery.
* Use business analysis techniques such as as‑is and to‑be modeling, swimlane diagrams, and other tools.
* Support CRM, intranet, research systems, and student information systems (e.g., SITS) projects.
* Communicate clearly and maintain a flexible, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
Qualifications
* Solid background in IT project management.
* Competencies in business analysis and process improvement.
* Experience in Agile and Lean environments.
* Knowledge of business analysis techniques such as as‑is/to‑be, swimlane diagrams.
* Experience with CRM, intranet, research systems and student information systems (e.g., SITS) is desirable.
* Agile, PRINCE2 and/or business analysis qualification is likely.
