Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dundee. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support the efficient operation of the pharmacy by assisting with processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. Additional responsibilities include liaising with customers in person and over the phone to address inquiries and offer guidance on pharmacy services and products.
Qualifications
* Experience in Prescription handling and thorough understanding of pharmacy operations
* Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills to assist and communicate with a diverse customer base
* Knowledge or experience in Inventory Management, ensuring timely supply and replenishment of stock
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new pharmacy tools and procedures
* Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is an advantage
* Qualifications in pharmacy support or related areas are desirable in.
