We take service requests via phone and other channels. We resolve routine service requests on first contact where possible using knowledge articles and guidance. We carry out preliminary investigations and troubleshooting for incidents. We log and classify calls and requests accurately. We work closely with the 2nd Line Support Team on escalations and service improvements. We assist at the reception desk, issuing devices and providing familiarization training when needed.
