Working alongside a team of strategy consultants you will be responsible for supporting key strategic projects and initiatives to drive transformation within the Traveler Care / Servicing organization. The Service Strategy team is responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency through complex problem solving, cross-functional change efforts, end-to-end process transformation and strategic integration or divestitures.
