As a Project Support Graduate within the UK National Management Team, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to national, business‑critical initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and experienced project professionals and developing practical, transferable skills. Stakeholder Connection & Collaboration
You'll work closely with the National Management Team, project leads, and colleagues across operations and support functions to understand priorities and support delivery of key initiatives. This will give you:
* Early exposure to senior leaders
* Confidence in professional communication
* A clear understanding of how distinct parts of the logistics operation work together to achieve shared goals
Project Management
You'll gain first‑hand experience supporting national projects from concept through to delivery. Working alongside experienced project managers, you'll support:
* Planning and scheduling
* Tracking milestones and actions
* Risk and issue management
* Preparing updates and reports for stakeholders
Data, Excel & Analysis Skills
You'll build on your existing Excel and data analysis skills by working with genuine business data to support projects and decision making. This may include creating reports and dashboards, tracking performance metrics, maintaining project data, and supporting insight generation for senior stakeholders.
Throughout the programme, you'll continue to develop your confidence in using data and digital tools to communicate progress, identify trends, and support continuous improvement. We will engage with you during the programme to discuss the different routes available to you at the end of the programme and explore future career opportunities based on your strengths, interests and business needs.

Required Qualifications & Requirements
* Good planning and organisational skills

* A 2:2 degree qualification (achieved or expected)
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grades A-C / 9-4, including Maths and English
* A full UK driving licence (or due to be obtained by the start date) and access to transport due to the nature of the role
