Blue Arrow is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef to join a contemporary yet rustic venue. This establishment serves over 200 guests daily, offering breathtaking views and versatile event spaces!
This position starts as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate to truly make it their own.
Pay Rate: £14.53 to start
Hours: 9:30 AM - 10:30 PM (4x 12-hour shifts between Monday and Sunday)
Responsibilities:
> Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
> Ensure timely preparation of food that meets customer expectations
> Adhere to food safety procedures
> Assist with meal preparation and presentation
> Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
> Maintain a clean and organised work area
About You:
> 1+ years of experience as a chef in a similar high-volume, fresh food environment
> Passionate about creating excellent food and leading by example
> Energetic, positive, and ready to excel in a busy setting
> Flexible with weekend availability
