Role Overview
ASK Italian is hiring a General Manager to lead and grow our restaurant. The role combines operational leadership, sales growth, team development and a passion for Italian hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food, service and standards.
* Drive sales and profitability, developing strategies to increase revenue and guest experience.
* Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Maintain cost controls, labour budgets and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and ASK Italian quality standards.
* Lead the implementation of ASK Factor values: heartfelt, respectful, generous, spirited.
What We Ask of You
* Passion for Italian food and hospitality culture.
* Proven leadership experience, ideally as a General Manager or similar role.
* Strong operational, sales and financial skills.
* Excellent communication, service and team‑development skills.
* Commitment to high standards, empathy and collaboration across the team.
