Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in commercial surveying
* Experience carrying out a broad range of commercial work, including lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, property management and Red Book valuations,
* RICS qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
