What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEN.
• Assisting with classroom activities, adapting resources, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver tailored support.
• Encouraging confidence, resilience, and independence in students’ learning.
