At loc8me, we’re bold, student-first, and growing fast. Our brand lives in student culture online,
across our cities, and in the communities we serve.. We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand
Executive to support the delivery of campaigns, content, and brand activity that help us grow
across every city we operate in.
This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants real experience,
real responsibility, and room to grow.

The Role
As Marketing & Brand Executive, you’ll support loc8me’s marketing and brand activity across digital channels, campaigns, events, and local initiatives.

Key duties and requirements include:

* Supporting email and SMS campaigns to students and landlords
* Assisting with social, digital, and paid marketing campaigns
* Helping manage and optimise paid Meta campaigns (training provided)
* Supporting Freshers’, housing fairs, pop‑ups, and brand activations
* Assisting with local marketing and community partnerships
* Helping maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
* Tracking campaign performance and learning what works

* Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media
* Passionate about student culture and trends
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Creative mindset with good attention to detail
* Confident communicator and team player

● Job Type: Full‑time
● Salary: £26,250 – £28,000
● Location: Predominantly Loughborough (travel to other branches required)
● Driving Licence: Required
