Responsibilities
* Effectively network with a variety of candidates both passive and active – principally at Project and Programme management level, but also up to Exec level.
* Develop client opportunities within existing Financial Services clients, while maintaining an excellent delivery ratio’s.
* Identify, filter and engage hard to find candidates for live vacancies and effectively managing our unique candidate validation process.
* Keep up to date client and candidate records on our CRM system.
Skills needed
* Previous Client services and/or Account Management in the Recruitment industry essential
* A confident communicator, with highly refined influencing skills, drive and energy and a good sense of humour
* Ambition and a strong desire to deliver high quality client services.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
