Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst – Commercial Insurance Location: London- 1 day Job Type: 6 months- Inside IR35 Role overview: Role Overview We are seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with strong experience in Commercial Insurance (Policy, Billing, Claims) to bridge business needs and technology delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support Guidewire implementations, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Gather and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire implementations - Work with underwriting, claims, and operations teams - Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories - Support end-to-end Guidewire implementations and enhancements - Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams - Support UAT and defect management - Conduct stakeholder workshops - Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment Required Skills - Experience in Guidewire (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) - Commercial Insurance domain expertise - Agile / Scrum experience - Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills - Understanding of APIs and integrations
