You’ll work with adults with a learning disability and their carers to complete Care Act assessments, develop strengths‑based support plans, and review outcomes that genuinely improve people’s lives. You’ll bring confident decision‑making to complex casework, including mental capacity assessments, Court of Protection work, safeguarding, and multi‑agency working.
