Our client who is a leading estate agency are seeking a Lettings Manager for their Middlesbrough base. This is a vital position being involved in the lettings process and ensuring everything is carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to multi-task, covering a varied role in a fast-paced environment. Duties as a Lettings Manager:
* Overseeing contracts and agreements
* Managing a team and handling a portfolio
* Dealing with payment runs and collections
* Process improvement
* Coordinating maintenance and property repairs
* Updating company systems and devising reports
* Ensuring the business is compliant with regulations
* Dealing with testing and approvals
* Managing and building relationships
* Ensuring staff are compliant and carrying out training
* Carrying out property viewings
* Using various systems and overseeing digital advertising
* Dealing with tenants and landlords
* Ensuring the business meets targets
What we are looking for:
* A professional and personable individual
* A keen eye for detail
* The ability to manage communications
* Able to hold high levels of responsibility
* Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM’s
* Strong customer service skills on all levels
* Must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
To be successful as a Lettings Manager you will have experience in a similar position position or covering similar duties, with excellent people skills. In return you will receive a Salary between £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, with a realistic OTE of £41,000, working Monday-Friday
