As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop in the absence of the Manager. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a fantastic experience, whether they order in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keep displays stocked with a variety of options
5. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment
