A well-run and organised 2-form entry primary school in West Drayton is looking for a confident and experienced EYFS Class Teacher to join their team as soon as possible on a part-time, long-term basis.
This is an opportunity to step into a structured Early Years setting where systems are clear, leadership is supportive, and the Nursery provision is already well established.

The school has a strong Early Years team and a well-organised Nursery with good TA support. Planning is collaborative, expectations are clear, and there is a consistent approach across both classes in the year group.

What You Will Be Doing
Teaching within EYFS, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons
Supporting early phonics, communication, and early maths development
Creating a calm, nurturing classroom environment
Working closely with TAs to ensure high-quality provision
Assessing and tracking progress in line with the EYFS framework
Contributing to the wider Early Years teamThe Nursery is well resourced and benefits from strong adult support, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching and learning.
The School Is Looking For
A teacher with UK QTS
Strong and recent EYFS experience
Confidence in delivering phonics and early number
Good classroom organisation and behaviour management
Someone reliable, nurturing, and committed to a long-term roleThis role would suit an experienced EYFS practitioner or a confident teacher with a strong background in Early Years.
