You will be a Brand Ambassador across the L’Oréal Luxe prestigious portfolio of brands that are dominating the beauty market across Cosmetics, Skincare and Fragrance:
Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Urban Decay, Giorgio Armani, and Luxury Designer Fragrances.
You will host your customers across our beauty play zones, immersing them in memorable and genuine face-to-face store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty. Being a personal shopper allows you to identify needs and provide tailored recommendations and education on products.
You will have strong business acumen, including experience in sales analysis & inventory management.
You will be self-driven and motivated to meet individual sales targets, working with your Area Manager to set and monitor team performance, enhancing capabilities.
You will demonstrate passion for our brands and delivering exceptional service, leading by example to your colleagues to create memorable experiences.
You love keeping up with the latest cosmetics and skincare trends and applications. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling, sharing key benefits and features of our products.
You are a people person and will develop and deliver best practices in hosting new and existing customers, taking them on a personalized journey!
Deliver individual consultations with empathy, sharing tailored recommendations as the Solo Counter Manager.
Your induction will include regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will start with online modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, Fragrance, and Business/Operations Management, followed by a comprehensive training at our head office in Hammersmith, London.
You will attend quarterly team trainings on new launches, application techniques, and product testing.
You will have access to E-Learning modules for personal development, supported by our industry-leading training programs.
