As a Dental Nurse, your role will include:
* Supporting clinicians in delivering a full range of high-quality dental treatments
* Developing team members to achieve the expected standards
* Leading the team and assisting the Practice manager with audits and other tasks to ensure practice compliance
* Effectively managing specific tasks such as planning staff rotas to ensure the practice runs efficiently
* The opportunity to support the development of other nurses through mentoring
