If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Window & Door Surveyor!About the Role:As a Window & Door Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience. From accurate measurements to resolving queries, your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:
* Measuring UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and conservatories in preparation for manufacturing (involving working at height/ladders).
* Visiting customers at their homes to address and resolve any queries.
* Assessing sites for Health and Safety and access considerations.
* Understanding and working with guttering, trims, soffit, and fascia.
* Undertaking training to deepen your knowledge of our product range.
* Attending small call-out jobs, such as re-adjusting doors.
* Logging customer and site details on our CRM system.
* Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey from start to finish.

* Experienced in the fenestration or construction industry.
* Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
* Confident in dealing with customers and resolving issues effectively.
* A multi-tasker, able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
