About the Role
The Project Technician is central to the services we provide at RFIDentikit. You will utilize your coding and customer service skills to develop environments that enable clients to manage their events in accordance with security and access standards. Collaboration with team members and ensuring client needs are met to a high standard are key aspects of the role.
You will be part of a project team responsible for building event environments and maintaining communication with clients throughout. Our Project Technicians represent the company both onsite worldwide and from our office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Configure RFIDentikit proprietary software to create environments and assets for client events and access control.
2. Create and configure bespoke client event portals for staff, contractors, guests, and volunteers.
3. Develop solutions to personalize the service based on client requests.
4. Manage workflows using Jira, keeping records of task progress and completion.
5. Work directly with clients onsite worldwide, providing support and training, and generating reports as needed.
6. Maintain regular contact with clients via email, remote communication, and face-to-face interactions.
7. Collaborate with the Senior Project team to enhance and customize products, ensuring a positive client experience.
8. Represent the company professionally and positively in all client interactions and team collaborations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
* Experience with Web responsive HTML & CSS, either professionally or personally demonstrable.
* Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Desirable: Experience in backstage or administrative roles at live events.
* Willingness to work away from home regularly.
