Shifts: Live-in position (24-hour care support)

About the Role
We are expanding our services in Birmingham and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live-In Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care for both adults and children. In this role, you will provide practical support and companionship, assisting with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, and mobility to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. You will also offer reassurance and encouragement, supporting individuals to maintain their independence and overall wellbeing. We are seeking caring and reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering dignified, person‑centred care and making a positive difference to people’s lives.
What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
