The role: We are looking for an energetic Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen production and service
Manage, train, and develop kitchen staff
Handle stock control, inventory, and financials
Ensure Health & Safety compliance
Skills/Experience Required: 13 years experience in a similar role or busy restaurant environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good organisational and communication abilities
Hands-on approach with a positive attitude
Passion for fresh food and hospitality
