About the Role
In this varied position, you'll be responsible for:
* Registering applicants and matching them with suitable rental properties
* Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing tenancy renewals, rent increases, and move-ins/outs
* Supporting property management tasks, including maintenance coordination, property inspections, and compliance checks
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in Residential Lettings or property management or a customer-facing sales role (training can be provided for the right candidate)
* Confident, professional, and highly organised
* Skilled at negotiation with a strong eye for detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
