Marketing Assistant

About the Role
* Evolution Fasteners is expanding its marketing capabilities, and we’re looking for a creative, organised, and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager on a wide range of projects, including website content, social media, product launches, photography/video, design tasks, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and product guides
* Supporting social media content production: graphics, video clips, stories, reels
* Helping manage and update our websites
* Assisting in photography/video shoots and basic editing
* Supporting product launches and campaign rollouts
* Working alongside technical and sales teams to create accurate, engaging content
* Assisting with organising files, schedules, marketing assets, and report updates
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or similar
* A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
* Confident using social media platforms for content creation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn quickly and get involved in a variety of tasks
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
Job type:
· Full-time, permanent.
Salary range:
· £25,000.00 per annum,
· Discretionary bonus paid twice annually (after completion of probationary period).
Benefits:
· 25 days holiday off, plus statutory (England) holidays,
· Company pension (optional by employee opt-in after completion of probationary period).
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday (08:30 AM – 17:00 PM).
