Job Description
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and machinery.
4. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults promptly and effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
7. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
8. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimise downtime.
9. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Technician should have:
11. A relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
12. Proven experience in maintenance within the manufacturing or similar industry.
13. Experience in CNC machining (3axis)
14. Ability to read and understand technical drawings
15. Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
16. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
17. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
