Solicitor – Military Claims (0–3 PQE)

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join a specialist litigation team acting for military personnel and veterans in claims against the Ministry of Defence.
You will manage a caseload focused on military deafness and non-freezing cold injury claims, working on complex and sensitive matters involving serious, life-impacting conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Take client instructions and draft witness statements
* Handle disclosure and review evidence
* Liaise with clients and provide updates
* Prepare court documents and schedules of loss
* Instruct counsel and expert witnesses
* Review medical and technical reports
* Assess liability, quantum and settlement offers
* Support supervision of junior team members
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (0–3 PQE)
* Experience in claimant litigation
* Strong organisational and client care skills
* Ability to manage cases independently
* Experience in industrial disease or NIHL claims advantageous
