As a Prime Financial Services Product Controller - Vice President in Product Control team, you will create and lead a new Margin Trading Risk Controller team. You will work closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Market Risk Coverage, Technology, and Operations to define an operating model and establish lasting partnerships. This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop a team and deliver effective risk control solutions. Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a new PFS Margin Risk Product Control team.
* Oversee the production and reporting of daily Margin Trading Market Risk & P&L.
* Implement robust controls and strategic initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvements to adapt processes to changing systems and control requirements.
* Foster an inclusive and equitable working environment that promotes growth and achievement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Extensive Product Control experience or equivalent.
* Extensive experience with equity and rates products and their market risks.
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
* Strong ability to drive strategic initiatives.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with a strong control focus.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Experience in creating and developing new teams.
* Familiarity with margin trading and related financial products.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
