Your main responsibilities will include: Carrying out thorough inspections of damaged vehicles Producing accurate repair estimates using Audatex Liaising with insurance engineers and customers to agree repair authorisation Managing repair timescales and keeping all stakeholders updated Ensuring all assessments and documentation are completed to a high standard Working closely with workshop staff to ensure a smooth and efficient repair journey Requirements: Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor is essential Strong working knowledge of Audatex estimating software Excellent communication and customer service skills Relevant qualifications (e.g. ATA VDA, IMI) are highly desirable Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach You’ll be joining a team that values expertise, encourages development, and consistently invests in its people and processes.
