Who We Are Looking For
The Alpha Professional Services team in EMEA is seeking a qualified individual to manage our environment and data strategy workstream at client level. This role requires strong experience in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture and workflow design, data analysis, and business system flows to create and execute environment designs for our front-to-back client servicing platform. The successful candidate will manage multi-year programs with complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both insourced and outsourced environments. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, technical architecture knowledge, and understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions across asset classes are essential. This position will interact with, and require exposure to, executive leadership within State Street and client organizations.

It is the first open platform from a single provider that connects the front, middle, and back office, harmonizing data, technology, and services across trusted providers to help clients manage their businesses.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* This client-facing role will be responsible for managing end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back platform.
* Manage client programs supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture.
* Lead creation and delivery of internal and client-facing documents (strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, data insights, etc.).
* Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders.
* Lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle.
* Support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement.
* Provide regular status updates and support program management reports as needed.

* Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred.
* Front/Middle office platforms experience is useful.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above. 10+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services and data domains.
* Technology background and CFA/FRM charters are highly appreciated.
* Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.
* Strong experience in data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization/reporting/presentation tools. Exposure to messaging protocols, public/private cloud platforms and EDMs.
* Experience integrating with other industry providers/consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software).
