Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for a Graduate Customer Services Executive to join their fast-paced team. As a Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will navigate the complexities of customer inquiries with expertise and precision.
Hours of work are shifted across Monday – Friday, 9am – 7pm, and once every three weeks working a Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will be:
1. Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service
2. Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
3. Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
4. Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
5. Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
6. Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication
7. Supporting the next generation of senior ambassadors to provide excellent customer service
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for the role of Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will need:
8. A Bachelors Degree
9. Previous experience in a customer facing role
10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
11. Excellent organisation and time management skills
12. The ability to work well under pressure
13. A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers
14. The ability to create and develop good rapports with customers
