We’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
4. Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
5. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
6. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
7. Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering
8. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained
9. Step into the Head Chef role when required
What We’re Looking For
10. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
11. Passion for food and high standards of presentation
12. Strong organisational and time management skills
13. Calm and efficient under pressure
14. Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly
15. Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
