We are supporting a leading food processor that is continuing to invest in its engineering function. As part of a planned replacement, the business is now seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join their established team on a 5 on / 5 off rotating shift pattern (days and nights). About the Role As a Shift Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the plant. You’ll help drive improvements in performance, reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), while supporting a culture of proactive maintenance.
